Abstract

Teachers' professionalization is a general trend of the development of international teachers' vocation and one of the main themes of modern teachers' education reform. In the standard syllabus of teachers' profession, the US highlights teachers' role as reflective practitioner. In accordance with our nation present state of teachers' professionalization development, the basic means of realizing teachers' professionalization is the professionalization and integration of teachers' education, the socialization of theachers' appointment and the standardization of teachers' evaluation.
