Innovative Exploration of Laboratory Management in Universities and Colleges

This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of colleges and universities laboratories,elaborated on the importance of innovation in laboratory management,and explored the innovation management concept: the management idea should be people-oriented,the management atmosphere should be flexible,the management mode should be first-class,the management mechanism should be institutionalized,and the management organization should be flat.
