Abstract
With the development of educational system innovation,a number of problems have been found in the construction and management of laboratory in the colleges and universities.A complete analysis to the laboratory,including improving status,harmonizing management system,constructing laboratory troop,increasing investment,opening management and assigning resource,is made.Some suggestions to the construction and management in the colleges and universities are proposed.
