Abstract
The scope of accepting cases of administrative litigation is a very important question in the Administrative Law,the overseas and our country′s administrative litigation system with reference to the rules of scope of accepting cases and has made a brief comparison;the limit for the scope of accepting cases of administrative litigation and proposals for improving the scope of accepting cases of administrative litigation of our country,in purpose of making reference to our country′s administrative litigation legislation.
