Abstract
The scope of accepting cases in administrative litigation is very important in the lawsuit. It has different meanings for different litigants. This article analyzes the scope of accepting cases in administrative litigation in our country from four aspects: the situation of administrative litigation that the court of our country accepts; the disadvantages that existed in the scope of accepting cases in administrative litigation of our country; a brief introduction of administrative litigation in other countries and the necessity to enlarge the scope of accepting cases in administrative litigation of our country.
