On Administrative Litigation Cases Guiding System

As the promulgated of People's Court of the Second five-year Guidance Outline(2004-2008),the case with Chinese characteristics guidance system was set up formally on the agenda of judicial reform.There is a strong theoretical basis and actual need to establish this system in the area of administrative litigation.It is useful to analyse its value and shortcomings for the establishment of administrative litigation cases guiding system and the perfection of administrative litigation law.
