The clinical observation about that YiKou gargle liquid jointed 0.02% nitrofural gargle liquid to prevent chemotherapeutic stomatitis

Objective:To find the effective methods to prevent chemotherapeutic stomatitis.Methods:Divide 40 patients with choriocarcinoma and invasive mole into two groups.One group is observation group,and another group is control group.The 20 patients in control group will gargle with normal saline,while the other 20 patients in observation group will gargle with YiKou gargle liquid jointed 0.02% nitrofural gargle liquid alternately.It will last 14 days from the day when the chemotherapy happens.Results:The 20 patients in observation group won′t suffer from severe stomatitis.And the stomatitis they suffer from is lower than those in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:YiKou gargle liquid jointed 0.02% nitrofural gargle liquid can effectively prevent and lighten chemotherapeutic stomatitis and it′s safe and reliable.
