Abstract

Since the Non-governmental Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China was promulgated, there have been doubts and objections among people in equality, yields, property rights, taxation and profit of the private education compared with the public education. People have lots of considerations and suggestions in the confirmation of the social education right, the creation of perfect legalized environment, thorough changes of the government's mentality and the operational mode of the power, the establishment of social intermediary institutions and the self-construction of the private colleges and universities.
