Abstract
The concept of the teacher education has historical limitations, including its too much emphasis on ethics and student-oriented, restrictions of the connotation and denotation as well as the lag of its discourse system. While the corresponding concept which is called teacher educationis more of specialization and more neutral, more abundant in connotation and denotation, more multiple and systematic. Besides, the new discourse system can keep pace with the times better. Therefore, the transformation of the discourse from Normal education to Teacher educationis historically inevitable.e
