Abstract
Along with alteration of teacher education study discourse, teacher image becomes to a instead of the skilled person orreflective practitionermetaphorically. The dualistic and outward study perspective which is limited to epistemology has changed to life experience research which focuses on unity of methodology and values. Therefore, teacher education research turns to ontological explanation of what is a teacher. This coincides with traditional Chinese Confucianism and western phenomenological perspective. They both start from inside, and point directly to individual experience, life and resume, which realize construction of teachers' subjectivity and self creative transformation in end.
