Abstract
The paper has the brief introduction on the concept, the features and the functions of the engineering claim,illustrates the claim procedures according to some common interruption accidents,and points out the methods to improve the success rates of the claim by improving the contract management,so as to direct the practice and enhance the efficiency of the engineering construction.
