Discussion on the claim settlement and prevention in the architectural engineering construction contract performed

Abstract

According to engineering practice,the main form of engineering claim was introduced and the generating reasons of engineering claim were analyzed.The claim contents of proposed by contractor were discussed and the prevention and settlement measures of engineering claim were proposed so as to enhance the management level of engineer and better to control and settle claim.
