Abstract
The paper introduces the claim types in contract management,illustrates the procedure and significance of the claim,so as to strengthen the claim management,to solve the claim problems in the contract management,to improve the economic benefit of project programs,and to enhance the integration between the domestic engineering construction and international common practice.
