Analysis on the Sino-Japan Cooperation in Textile and Apparel Industry Based on the Game Theory

Abstract

China and Japan are the two textile powers in Northeast Asia. In the condition of the deteriorating exportation, the two countries’ textile and apparel industries have began to cooperate with each other. It is meaningful to expand the both two countries’ domestic demand, to promote their economic growth and to adjust our country’s spinning and weaving clothing industrial structure. This article, using cooperative gambling model and combining with the specific factors of the two countries’ textile and apparel industries, seeks the necessary and sufficient conditions that satisfying the need of textile and apparel cooperation between China and Japan. After testifying the feasibility of the analysis, it is safely concluded that the Sino-Japanese textile and apparel industry cooperation is the best option.
