Abstract
China’s textile and apparel industry is an export-oriented industry. With China's entry into WTO,China and the developed countries have all kinds of frictions in the field of international trade,with the textile and apparel trade disputes between China and the United States being particularly intense. Based on an analysis of the Sino-US textile and apparel trade status with Game Theory,the paper puts forword some advices and strategies to the Chinese government and enterprises.
