Application of ropivacaine mesylate joint lidocaine in epidural anesthesia in elderly

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ropivacaine mesylate joint lidocaine in epidural anesthesia in elderly. Methods 100 patients who underwent epidural anesthesia in elderly were selected in our hospital from June 2013 to January 2014,they were randomly divided into group A and group B by way of a random number table method, 50 cases in each group,group A of patients used 0.75% bupivacaine hydrochloride in epidural anesthesia compound lidocaine,group B patients used epidural anesthesia 0.894% ropivacaine mesylate lidocaine.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Relatived to group A of patients,group B patients with clinical hemodynamic index had more significant advantages,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ropivacaine mesylate joint lidocaine in epidural anesthesia in elderly is significant,has the advantages of safety,high efficiency,it is worthiy of clinical promotion.
