Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical significance of detecting serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method: The serum levels of hs-CRP,cTnI,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were detected in one hundred and two patients [48 patients with stable angina,33 patients with unstable angina,21 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)],and compared with those of 40 healthy subjects in the control group.Result: The serum level of hs-CRP in the stable angina pectoris(SAP) group was significantly higher than in the control group(P0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP,cTnI,TC,TG,LDL-C in the unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group and the AMI group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P0.05),and the serum level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP,cTnI,TC,TG,LDL-C in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly lower than those in the AMI group(all P0.05),and the serum levels of HDL-C in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly higher than those in the AMI group(all P0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP,cTnI in the SAP group were significantly lower than those in the UAP group(all P0.05).The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C(P0.05),and was negatively correlated with HDL-C(P0.05).The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with cTnI(P0.05).Conclusion: The detection of serum levels of hs-CRP,cTnI and blood lipids plays an important role in disease prediction and treatment of patients with CHD.
