Abstract

Objective To observe the change of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cardiac troponin I in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS),and explore the role of hs-CRP and cTnI in ACS.Methds One hundred and seven cases were studied,SAP group (35 patients) ,UAP group (42 patient),and AMI group (30 patients). There were 40 cases in normal control group. The levels of hs-CRP and cTnI were detected and compared. Results The levels of hs-CRP and cTnI in AMI group were significantly higher than that in SAP group and UAP group (p0.01);The hs-CRP and cTnI in UAP group were significantly higher than that in SAP group (p0.01);The hs-CRP and cTn I in SAP group were not significantly increased compared with normal control group (p0.05).Conclusion The elevation of hs-CRP and cTnI in serum is closely associated with ACS,particularly AMI,and may serve as an indicator for predicting ACS and AMI.The unite evaluate the patient whom these two levels of marking things can indentify high risk of heart.
