Abstract
In order to evaluate exactly the operational effectiveness of the portable ground-to-air missile,we build up a new indexed system for operation effectiveness evaluation based on the analysis to all the factors of the missile weapon system.We also established a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of operational effectiveness by using fuzzy mathematic method.
