Abstract
In order to evaluate exactly the operational effectiveness of the guided surface to air missile,the paper build up a new indexed system based on the analysis of all the factors of the system and using the Fuzzy Mathematics established a Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation model of the operational effectiveness.Thereby,it provides a method in analysing the operational effectiveness of the guided surface to air missile.
