Abstract
In order to exactly evaluate the operational effectiveness of surface-to-air missile, the paper establishes a new index system based on the analysis of the factors of the system. By using of the fuzzy mathematics, the paper establishes a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of the operational effectiveness. Thereby, it provides a method to analyze the operational effectiveness of surface to air missile.
