Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pre-nursing intervention on the constipation of the patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods The patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group at random. The experiment group was adopted the pre-nursing intervention on prevention of constipation occurring, and the control group accepted the routine nursing as used in the neurology department.Constipation rate, constipation correlation response and rehemorrhage rate were observed. Results Constipation rate, constipation correlation response and rehemorrhage rate in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Pre-nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of constipation and enhance the successful rate of salvage in the patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
