Prevention effect of advanced nursing intervention on the constipation of the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prevention effect of advanced nursing intervention on constipation of the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:102 patients who suffered from acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the experiment group(n=52) and the control group(n=50),giving routine care to both two groups,and the experiment group received individual nursing intervention immediately after hospitalization on the basis of the usual care.Results:There were significant differences in the bowel movement situation and the constipation correlated responses between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Advanced nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of constipation and promote rehabilitation in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
