Abstract

It is an important function of legal supervision of China's prosecutors that they supervise the activities of criminal procedure,but there are many problems in the process of carrying out the supervision in the judicial practice of grassroots prosecutors,it affected the legal supervision of functions to a certain extent.So the mechanism of the supervision over register,investigation and justice should be improved and thus the effectiveness of the mechanism should be enhanced.
