On the Perfection of Measures and Procedure of Supervision by Procuratorate over Criminal Procedure

In terms of legal supervision by People's Procuratorate over criminal procedure,we see such problems as the incomplete legal supervision system,lack of punishment measure and mechanism against procedural illegal supervision,loose procedure of supervision,etc.In the course of the modification of Criminal Law,we shall base ourselves on the procedural feature of legal supervision authority and start from the independent value of prosecution procedure to complete procedural punishment measures,set up a complete supervision system with the coordination among various measures of supervision over procedure,and perfect the supervision procedure over criminal procedure so that legal supervision can really safeguard the unified and correct implementation of the Constitution and law.
