Abstract

Metabolic syndrome is a complex disorder of several metabolic risk factors, which is in the same body. The pathogenesis of MS has not been fully clarified.Recent studies suggest that MS is a complex interaction of genetic factors and environmental factors results.Of these, abdominal obesity, chronic inflammation and insulin resistance and their interactions play a key role in the pathogenesis of MS.In particular the theory of the inflammation cause is concerned, and the relation between obesity, inflammtion and insulin resistance is the hot spots in the study.
