Abstract

Settling well problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the party work priority.Insisting that the key point of the development of the national infrastructure construction and social undertakings in rural areas,further promoting the new rural construction.This paper analyzed the new rural construction and development planning in Xiaolinhe village of Shuozhou City,sunmarized the problems,and put forward countermeasures.
