On the Harmonization of the Conflict Between Private Right and the Right to Know

Abstract

Legal protection for the private right is an important part of the pro tection for the right to man's life in modern law-based country. However, prote ction for the private right is inevitable to collide with another basic right of citizens-the right to know. How to harmonize the conflict between these two ri ghts? The author tries to solve this problem in three aspects.
