Some Problems on Private Right

Abstract

Private right has two values of personal freedom and personal dignity.Private right only belongs to nature person,legal person and the dead don't have private rights.the relation between private right and the right to know must be handled properly.Because there is no private right in General Principles of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China,we should regard private right as a independent personal right as soon as quickly.
