Balance and conflict between private right and the right in the know

Abstract

Legal protection for the private right is an important part of the protection for the right of a person in modern country governed by law. Protection to citizen's private right must conflict with the right in the know. The legislation of private right and the right in the know is becoming even more urgent. The conflict of solving the private right and the right in the know has already become a problem that can't be avoided.
