Land and Resources Development with Scientific Concept and Informatization of Gansu Province

Starting with introducing the activities of studying and practicing the scientific concept of development and the actual land and resources works in Gansu province,this paper proposes some ideas and suggestions on the following subjects:to implement the scientific concept of development;to construct a new system for ensuring and promoting the development with scientific concept;to push forward energetically land and resources informatization;to provide services to the economic and social development of Gansu province.We hope to discuss the above mentioned subjects with our colleagues in the land and resources community.
