Abstract

This paper focuses the subject on setting up and carrying out the concept of scientific development, studies and probes into the new idea, new approach and new measures on how to do the land resources management work well in the new period and phase. The paper puts forward some concrete suggestions and measures to set up and carry out the concept of scientific development, to realize harmonization of economy and society in Gansu Province, to offer security and serving system of sustainable development.
