Abstract

Justice issue in the primary income distribution,a great social issue,relates to the realization of getting rich together,success of reform and establishment of social harmony.The fairness is subject to the primary income distribution.The current distribution in our country with clear infirmness results in bigger income gap.Adjusting the distribution policy,increasing the proportion of inhabitants’ income and realizing distribution fairness are essential to reducing income difference and getting rich together.
