Abstract
At present, the telecom development is under the service driving mode, and the system analysis on service developing forces is the precondition for grasping the macro-development trend of telecom service. The emergence and development of service evolution is jointly droved by three factors, namely, the needs of users, technical environment and market competition, and they will jointly function on the carrier-based telecom operation environment. This article gives a primary analysis and discussion on them.
