Abstract
At present,with the competition and convergence of services in traditional telecommunication and Internet,especially the appearance of IP phone over Internet and instants messenger,traditional telecom service gets into embarrassment.Traditional telecom network is developing to the direction of IP along with the appearance of NGN based on IP and soft switch.How do telecom operators take the effect on traditional telecom service under the IP-related network properly,enhance the traditional telecom service to adapt to the new technology environment,and develop the traditional telecom service of the telecommunications network in the IP-related network? This paper will give the analysis and development strategies.
