Abstract

OSS is the system that is used by the telecom enterprises to manage the telecom network resources and it is an important part of the telecom information system.This paper introduces its development status and analyzes the background and motive of its evolution.It expounds the question of how to evolve the OSS successfully in the process of the informatization of the telecom enterprises from some aspects such as direction,strategy and technology.
