Psychological Legal Science and Legal Realism

Psychological legal science is not an individual legal school.It is a general summarization that is used to interpret legal features from the aspect of psychological phenomenon.And it usually belongs to sociological legal science or realistic legal science in modern Western legal theoretical schools.However,the promotion of psychology to legal science cannot be neglected.The birth of legal realism owes much to the psychological research methods which are applied into legal science.Using psychological methods to study legal issues has become a part of legal research.Then,we have taken adjusting regulation of human behavior as the research subject in legal science and cannot neglect human's own psychological activity.
