Abstract
The legal individualization is a psychological course of the legal belief's forming.This course include three courses of legal cognition,legal emotion and legal will.In the process,persons obtain certain legal knowledge,form certain legal concept,engender certain legal ideal through the legal sense,benefit feeling and value approval,during the course of obtaining legal knowledge,forming legal concept and engender legal ideal,persons experience certain legal emotion,and show certain legal will.On the basis of individualization,persons will form certain stable characteristic psychology which show his spiritual appearance,this is the legal personality.
