The Development of Traditional Sports Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools in Guangxi

In order to better develop national traditional sports teaching in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi, inherit the national culture, carry forward the national spirit, using the literature material law, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and interview method, 25 primary and secondary schools carrying out the national traditional sports activities in Guangxi are randomly surveyed. The results show that most of the primary and secondary schools in Guangxi have carried out national traditional sports teaching, the PE teachers have confidence in the national sports teaching, hope to get the support of school leaders and have the opportunity to attend refresher training. The main problems existing in the national traditional sports teaching include the lack of corresponding teaching materials, the imperfect management of mechanism and venue, a serious shortage of equipment, lack of expert guidance. Suggestions are put forward that national traditional sports resources should be developed and utilized in physical education and health course in primary and secondary schools, a good campus culture atmosphere should be created, national traditional sports teaching materials should be compiled, the teaching staff training should be strengthened, the construction of the sports field and the equipment should be paid more attention to.
