Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of conventional CT in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction(HCI).Methods:The CT findings of 50 patients with HCI clinically confirmed within 6 hours were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 50 cases,non-enhanced CT imaging was negative in 20 cases and positive in 30 cases, the positive signs include cerebral convolution swelling and sulci narrowing or disappearance, ipsilateral hyperdens middle cerebral artery signs, the vague interface of the white and gray matter, the decreased density signs. Conclusions: With the typical clinical presentation, primary hospital routine CT scan can significantly improve the early diagnosis of HCI.
