Abstract
Objective To analyze CT features of hyperacute cerebral infarction and to improve the diagnostic level. Methods Non-enhanced CT findings of 43 patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction clinically confirmed within 6 hours were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 43 cases,non-enhanced CT imaging was negative in 24 cases and positive in 19 cases. Hyperdense middle cerebral artery signs were found in 4 cases, insula disappearance signs in 8 cases, lenticula edge unsharpness and low density in 9 cases, cerebral convolution swelling and sulci narrowing or disappearance in 12 cases. Conclusion CT imaging plays a valuable role in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction in basic-level hospital.
