Abstract
The synthesis of isoamyl acetate with the solid super acidic catalyst of S2O82-/TiO2-Al2O3 is investigated. The kinetic parameters of reaction are measured at 94℃,100℃ and 106℃ respectively and the kinetic equation is thus built, which are compared with those of the reaction without catalyst. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are: n(isoamylalcohol) :n(acetic acid)=1.3:1,the amounts of the catalyst and the water-taking reagent 1.0g and 10mL respectively. The activation energy of the reaction with solid super acidic catalyst is obviously lower than that of the reaction without catalyst,Sugesting that S2O82-/TiO2-Al2O3 is the the effective catalyst of the synthesis of amyl acetate
