Reflections on the Reform of Support Rural Credit Cooperatives by China Government

Since 2003,a series of reforms has been made in the support credit cooperatives by China government.Although considerable progress is made,the overall objective of the reform is still far from enough.In order to improve and strengthen the results of the support credit cooperatives further,first it needs to reinforce incentive and restraint mechanism,establish a sound financial regulatory mechanism and strengthen the construction of financial regulations;second,the People's Bank and the relevant departments must strictly adhere to the conditions in the process of financial payment,continuously improve financial support policies and guide the credit cooperatives to build an effective property rights management mechanism so that the objectives of the reform can be achieved;third,in the empowerment of the credit cooperatives to support three rural capability,the objectives of the reform should timely adjusted to establish a sound financial system.
