Abstract
Two strains of hybridoma cultures secreted monoclonal antibody specific to hemagglutin of subtype H9 avian influenza viruses were developed by fusing the spleen cell of Balb/c mice which immunized with subtype H9 avian influenza viruses and SP2/0 myeloma cell.Identified by HI and Western blot, they were.monoclonal antibodies specific to the protein HA1 of subtype H9 avian influenza viruses. The ELISA titers of ascites were 1∶10~7 and 1∶10~6;the HI titers of both ascites were 15 log_2.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
