Abstract
Three monoclonal antibodies specific to H5 subtype avian influenza virus with HI characteristic were developed by fusing between sp2/0 myeloma cells and spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with the condensed and purified H5 influenza virus.Three of them were designed as DD7,FG10 and CB12,which HI titers of supernatant culture and the ascites were 2~(7),2~(8),2~(3) and 2~(13),2~(15),2~(11) respectively. In this study, these McAbs were specific to H5 subtype AIV-,and not reacted with AIV-H1-H4,H6-H14 subtype AIV and others avian viruses by hemagglutinin inhibition test(HI).The monoclonal antibodies have the favorable antigen capture and neutralization faculties to H5 AIV.These results suggested that the monoclonal antibodies would be useful tool in H5 subtype influenza virus surveillance.
