The research of ultrasonography of diabetic gastroparesis patients

Abstract

Objective:This article investigated the changes of the gastric emptying time in patients with type II diabetic gastro-paresis by ultrasonography in order to diagnose and treat for the disease.Methods:The half emptying time of gastric liquid was measured by B-mode ultrasonograpgy in20type II dibetic patients and22healthy subjects.Results:The half emptying time T1/2was288.94min in diabetic patients and14.84.35min in healthy subjects.A clear different was observed between them(p0.01).Conclusion:There was a obstruction of gastric emptying time in type II diabetic patients.It is possible that we exam-ine the type II diabetic gastroparesis and observe effectively the improvement of function obstruction after therapy with gastroin-testinal dynamic medicines.
