Abstract
According to the structural characteristics of the pipeline,a novel pipeline inspection system is developed for welding flaw inspection of double layer pipelines with external diameter Φ180~220mm of internal pipeline and more than internal diameterΦ360mm of external pipeline.It is composed of a circular autorotation crawling mechanism,a CCD camera,a movement control card based on DSP and a high-resolution image acquisition card,and so on.The total design and the key technique and performance experiment about the internal inspection system are presented in detail.The experimental results show that the developed inspection system works reliable,effective,and can meet the requirements of practical engineering.
