Abstract
To solve the defects of welded joint occurring during the long operating period of dissimilar steel pipeline,a new on-line non-destructive inspection device was proposed in this paper.The idea and principles of designing the robot were systematically expounded and the strategy for designing key component was explored.This device was characterized by compact mechanism,easy manipulation,etc.Experimental results demonstrate that it has great applied-value.
