Study on the Jiangsu Sports Development Strategy under the Urban and Rural Overall Vision

The paper utilizes methods of document,induction,deduction and data to analyze the core significance of urban and rural sports development.It makes a study on the difference between rural and urban sports development in Jiangsu from the perspectives of policy,economy,culture and society.The study shows that:mass sports in the rural and urban areas should be arranged as a whole program;they shall share the resources each other based on the guiding policy of overall,coordination and sustainable;to develop the unity of rural and urban sports demonstrating the characters of fairness,sharing spirits and unity.Accordingly,it put forward some counter-measures:offering more aid to developing rural sports;removing the dual rural and urban sports structure;and developing new mode of sports development.
