Abstract
Objective To study the situation of mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB) resistance to antituberculosis drug in extracorpora. Methods Determine the resistance in extracorpora of 10 type antituberculosis drug with 840 strains MTB and 269 strains multidrug resistant tuberculosis(MDR TB) by method of absoluted concentration. Results Of 840 strains MTB,the highest resistant rate is RFP(43.8 %),the lowest is CPM(4.6 %).Of 269 strains MDR TB,the highest resistant rate is SM(74.6 %),the lowest is CPM(11.9 %).Conclusion Determining resistance of antituberculosis drug must be strengthened. Choosing reasonable and efficient therapy should depend upon the result of antituberculosis drug testing.
